JES4 Accounting primarily applies hourly pricing. All prices are subject to VAT at 25.5%

Including VAT returns and, where applicable, EU VAT summary reports.

Backlog accounting
65 € / hour

PAYROLL SERVICES
Payroll pricing is based on the number of employees:

Single payroll (including earnings payment report to the Incomes Register and the employer's separate report)
12,50 € / employee

FINANCIAL STATEMENT SERVICES
Financial statements and tax returns
65 € / hour

For limited companies, preparation of both board meeting minutes and annual general meeting minutes is charged on an hourly basis
65 € / hour

START-UP FEE
150 €

The fee includes an initial meeting, preparation of statutory authorisations, contract drafting and initial accounting setup.
For companies transferring from another accounting firm, the start-up fee also includes entering opening balances into the accounting software.
